Sigma Phi Epsilon wrapped up the semester on a high note, continuing to uphold its strong tradition of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love both academically and socially. The chapter recently received results from an all-chapter grade check, boasting an impressive midsemester average GPA of 3.45. This academic achievement reflects the members’ dedication to their studies and commitment to the values of the fraternity.
On the field, SigEp proved to be just as competitive, bringing home the IFC Intramural Softball Championship title. Their teamwork and determination led them to victory and strengthened brotherhood along the way.
The chapter also saw a new wave of leadership with the election of Benjamin Anderson as Chaplain. A third-year member with two terms on the Standards Board, Benjamin brings experience, integrity, and a clear vision for fostering a positive and supportive chapter culture.
In campus-wide events, SigEp took home the Gold at this year’s Hippodrome, securing first place overall and winning First place for most creative script, Second Place for Best Acting, and third place in Best use of Music and Sound Effects. This year they were partnered with Kappa Kappa Gamma, who they could not have won without. Their performance highlighted creativity, collaboration, and school spirit, earning praise across the community.
To top off the semester, the chapter hosted a memorable 66th annual formal at the Wichita Boathouse, celebrating a semester of achievement in style.
Sigma Phi Epsilon looks forward to building on this success and continuing to lead with virtue, diligence, and brotherly love.
